The Curve Consultants is the Project Planning & Management Consultancy organization since 2007 based in NOIDA-DELHI NCR. The Curve aims to become a leading project planning & management consultancy service provider by adopting sustainable and advance technologies in construction industries. The Curve Consultants is headed by a Civil Engineer who has an experience of 25+ years in planning, execution and management of different kinds of construction projects, is the key person and founder of the organization. He has vast experience in Project Planning & Management of Commercial, Residential and Industrial Projects.
The Organization has a team of Architects, Civil Engineers, Interior designers, Structure Engineers, and MEP Experts.
We have joint ventures with different experts who have vast experience in the field of their expertise. We hire them as and when required for project/s.

Analysing feasibility of any project proposed

Only clients/owner with the team of their colleagues are involved . in this phase the feasibility of the project is decided and discussed with them only . Whatever the decision taken is moreover focussed on the basis of boundaries and limitation set by the owner with the people of same boundaries.

The client with the team of experts discusses about the project and other perspectives i.e Marketability of the project & know your customers, pros and cons of the project, execution limitation, resources availability and their constraints, Location dynamics,

Most of the time Only Architects is hired and budget & time required for the project can not be discussed in detail. Drawings are provided in phased manner , many of the things may be left and not taken care of, Coordination of Drawings can be difficult because all the drawings are not provided by the Architect in first instance. Most of the cases Detail inventory/BOQ is not prepared in advance and detail budgeting and uses of material, finishing material and designer material can not be discussed in advance because client /owner may have the lacking of exposure of all type of resources to be used in project.
The Curve Team – Pmc Hired (client/owner And Team Of Experts Involvement)
The Curve- MC has the team of expert Civil Engineers/Planning Engineers/ MEP Engineers. Hence Whatever the drawings are provided may be studied and analysed by the experts and /if there is any doubt or insufficiency -same may be discussed with the Architects and other designing consultants in advance. Drawings are provided in Phase manner : The Budget , required time /schedule of project to be completed may be analysed in detail. Required approvals may be coordinated with the architects and authority with client Required budget and Detail of Schedule of project execution using standards templates (Gantt Chart etc) may be prepared with the client based on the availability of budget and other propositions.

In most of the Cases :
Contactor is hired by the Client /owner.
Technical Professional/Engineers is hired by the Contractor only.
Client don’t hire the technical professional, they hire/deploy only one person to look after or sharing the site information to client
Quality control is done the contractor only.
Architects visit the project site occasionally and regular monitoring and quality control may not be done by the experts regularly.
Budget /Billing : Detail billing can not be monitored/checked by the experts , Bill prepared by the contractor is only document to release the payment and there may be no re-check/control tool to the bill.
Quality standards may not checked by experts and whatever the quality is being executed by the contractor will be acceptable to the bill.

Team of Experts :
Deploy the qualified engineer /experts during the execution of project
Experts may be available during the entire period of project execution.
Quality may be checked and controlled by the experts at each and every stage of execution of projects.
If there is any change/modification required during the execution- may be discussed with the architects/ designers and same may be incorporated in execution.
Execution of work may be controlled based on the availability of fund/budget with the client.
During the execution all the experts may visit the site and give their opinion /depute the expert during the execution of particular type of work.
Project has the Civil Work, MEP work , landscaping work – in these cases PMC may depute the professional expert in particular field .
The progressive planning for next month/quarter etc may be provided to client in advance .
Marketing/sales : Team of expert may submit the progress /planning required for the marketing /sales team.
All the stakeholders : Marketing & Sales, Customers, Client expectation : Regular meeting or discussion may be held to fulfil the expectation of all the stakeholders and work may be executed accordingly
